Hey, I'm Tom. I'm the Director at HLQ Solutions, where we help contractors, consultancies and operators construct the data centres of the future. I’ve spent almost a decade in recruitment, with the last six years specialising in data centre construction.
It started with a simple motivation: make recruitment in this space better, by simplifying the process and keeping the results effective.
Over time we have helped companies attract and retain top talent and candidates land their biggest career moves into data centres. Our mantra is pretty simple: every candidate gets closure and every client gets results.
